There is a hadith in Sahih Al-Bukhari –
‘Abdullaah ibn Mas’ud said, “We were with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while we were young and had no wealth whatsoever. Allah’s Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said, ‘O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power.'” (Al-Bukhari 5066)

What If the Husband is Unable to Satisfy Her?
Although the basic ruling on masturbation is that it is a haram and sinful act, scholars have permitted this act for only a few conditions. One of those is if a husband cannot fully satisfy his wife by sexual intercourse, then it is permissible for the husband to masturbate for the wife using this hand.

During your leisure time, make more dhikr, adhkar, and other forms of worship to make the connection between you and your Lord stronger, and to get closer to him. The stronger the connection becomes, the more power you will have to fight against this matter.
6. Beware of Shaitan
For some specific cases, especially for married individuals, it is somewhat permissible for them to masturbate if they fear doing fornication or homosexual acts. Keep in mind that when you will be breaking the fast, do not eat an overwhelming amount of food. Fasting will only work if you consume a small amount of food, and keep your ⅓ portion of your stomach empty. Otherwise, if you fast, and keep without any limits, your desires will get over your control.

9. Follow the Basic Sunnah of Sleeping

Its myth, islam doesn’t make it haram because every haram had a punishment but there is not mention of punishment of masturbation so its a myth.
