Noble Marriage provides match-making services to Muslim users around the world. Our Privacy Statement aids users in understanding our information and data protection policies. In this digital world it can be hard to find services you trust. Rest assured that we at Noble Marriage take our users privacy very seriously and all data will remain secured under our data privacy policy. All personal details and pictures are protected through our rigorous privacy controls. We also give the option for users to control who can and cannot view your profile through our privacy tools.

Please note that when we say “NobleMarriage”, “our”, or “we”, we are referring to all Noble Marriage services. This Privacy Statement applies to all our apps, services, features, software and website unless specified otherwise.

When registering to use our services, you will need to provide some generic identifiable information that helps us to provide this personalized service. We collect contact information (name, address, phone number, your email address etc.) and demographic information (gender, city/country of residence, date of birth etc.). This is how we create our own Matrimony ID for making sure our users are real individuals who have the right intentions in using our app or website for finding their Muslim partner. This is part of our initiative to provide a halal setting for our users to interact freely without worries about internet scams. In addition, users can earn a 'trust badge' where our administrators verify that a user is authentic through some general identification tools and measures. We will only use this information for providing you an arranged marriage experience and will not under any circumstances share this information with outside entities.

If you choose to become a premium paid member (classic/ classic advantage/ classic premium/ assisted) then we will collect necessary financial information ( credit/debit card number, billing address/ phone number and expiry date). Rest assured we will only use this information in the course of providing our services to you and will not under any circumstances share this information with outside entities. The specific financial information we collect is not rented, sold, or shared with any third party apart from the financial institution that processes your transaction or where required by law.

By signing up for our services, whether the website or via apps, you consent to receive communications from us, or through us, to the email address that you provide, including but not limited to: notifications of emails and instant messages you receive from other members, relevant photos and profiles, updates regarding our terms of service, special promotions and offers, and notices of changes to the website or corresponding apps.

By signing up, you consent to share your contact information and mobile number to other registered members. You also consent to providing correct information in all your profile information entries.

In certain situations, we may be required to disclose certain personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, especially to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may reveal personal information to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes, or to establish our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We may also share such information if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or take action against illegal activities, suspected scams, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Membership Terms of Use, or as required by law.

We never intend to collect information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the legal age of 18, please do not submit any personal information through our website or apps. We definitely encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and help reinforce this policy by instructing their children to never provide personal information to websites or apps without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided personal information to us through the website or apps, please contact our helpline, and we will use all reasonable efforts to delete that information after proper verification.

If there are any significant changes to this privacy statement, the information will be circulated to you by posting a prominent notice on noblemarriage.com or on the iOS or Android apps. We encourage members to regularly check this page for the most up-to-date information regarding our privacy policies.

Collection of Data

All users – Whenever a person (including a non-member) visits our website our servers automatically record certain information for statistical purposes about their usage of the site. The information includes the type of browser used, the referring URL, the IP address, the number and type of pages viewed, the date and time of visits and the exit URL. The data collected is not personal data and in case remains anonymous.

Members – Upon registration as a member we collect information that enables us to provide you with the full benefits of membership. We collect non-identifying information as well as personal data from you directly when you first register, and also from time to time thereafter if you provide us with additional information. Personal data collected includes your full name, your email address, your present address, your phone/mobile number, a recent photograph, your age, your occupation, a description of your appearance, and your credit card/debit card and billing information (if provided by you).

Cookies – We may use cookies and other information gathering technologies for a variety of purposes. These technologies may provide us with personal information, information about devices and networks used to access our website or apps, and other information regarding your interactions with our website or corresponding apps. Social Media – NobleMarriage interfaces with social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and so on. If you choose to 'like' or 'share' information from our website or apps If you are a member of a social media site, the interfaces may allow the social media site to connect your visits with other personal data.

Instructions for Account Deactivation or Deletion

To deactivate or delete your NobleMarriage account, you have two options:

  1. Online Deactivation/Deletion
    Log in to your NobleMarriage account and visit the following link:

  2. Email Request for Deletion
    Alternatively, you can request data deletion by sending an email to info@noblemarriage.com. Please ensure the following details are included in your email:
    - Subject Line: "NobleMarriage Profile Deletion Request"
    - Details: Your full name, registered email address, and user ID (if available).

We will process your request promptly and confirm the completion of the deletion process.

Unsubscribe from Email Offers

If you no longer wish to receive email offers or promotional content from NobleMarriage, you can unsubscribe in two ways:

  1. Via Email Settings
    Log in to your NobleMarriage account, navigate to Account Settings, and unsubscribe NobleMarriage Express Alert under the Notifications section.
  2. Direct Unsubscribe Link
    Use the Unsubscribe link included at the bottom of any promotional email you receive from us.

If you face any issues, you can also email info@noblemarriage.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe Request", and we will process your request.

NobleMarriage Mobile Application

When you download and use our apps, we automatically collect information on the type of mobile device you use, and operating system version.

Usage and Log Information – We collect diagnostic and performance-related information. This includes information regarding your activity (such as how you use our app services, how you connect with others using our apps, and so on).

Device and Connection Information – We collect device-specific information when you install, access or use our services via apps. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, and mobile network information including phone number. We collect device location information if you use our location features, such as when you choose to share your location with your contacts, view locations nearby or those others have shared with you.
