Badiuzzaman Said Nusri said –

 “As time gets older, the Quran gets younger; the realities it contains become apparent more brightly.”

In the aforementioned verse, Allah SWT commanded Muslims to marry men or women who are righteous and single. Also, we should not hesitate to marry, even if we are not wealthy enough. Allah SWT will provide barakah and rizq (blessings and provision).

“But let them who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty. And those who seek a contract [for eventual emancipation] from among whom your right hands possess – then make a contract with them if you know there is within them goodness and give them from the wealth of Allah which He has given you.” 

–  Surah An-Nur; Verse 33 

In the aforementioned verse, Allah SWT commands all Muslims to maintain chastity and remain faithful if they cannot find their desired spouses. Allah SWT will grant believers bounties, as his divine favor.  

As a practicing Muslim, you must not turn to acts that are evil, or sinful or take part in illicit sexual relationships.

“And not is this the Quran, that (it could be) produced by other than Allah, but (it is) a confirmation (of that) which (from) between his hands and a detailed explanation (of) the Book, (there is) no doubt in it, from (the) Lord (of) the worlds.”

– Surah Yunus; Verse 37 

Allah SWT has warned believers if they fail to follow the teaching of the Holy Quran, it would mean they are solely responsible for the loss.

Allah SWT mentions in the Surah Az-Zumar –

إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ لِلنَّاسِ بِالْحَقِّ فَمَنِ اهْتَدَىٰ فَلِنَفْسِهِ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيْهَا وَمَا أَنتَ عَلَيْهِم بِوَكِيل 

“Indeed We, We revealed to you the Book for [the] mankind in truth. So whoever accepts guidance, then (it is) for his soul; and whoever goes astray then only he strays against his (soul). And not you (are) over them a manager.”

Surah Az-Zumar; Verse 41
