To be honest, there’s no specific Surah for you to recite to get married. However, there are some verses from different Surahs that scholars recommend people recite more often.
1. Surah Al Furqan, Verse 74
“They are˺ those who pray, “Our Lord! Bless us with ˹pious˺ spouses and offspring who will be the joy of our hearts, and make us models for the righteous.”
Our father Prophet Ibrahim (AS) made this dua. And righteous people along with prophets
Whether you’re an unmarried or married person, you shouldn’t miss doing this dua even for a single day. Married individuals also make this dua asking Allah to put more blessings on their wives and kids.
Whereas, as a single person, you’re asking Allah SWT to get you a spouse who will be the coolness of your eyes.
2. Surah Ambiya, Verse 89
رَبَّهُۥ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِى فَرْدًۭا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ ٱلْوَٰرِثِينَ
“My Lord! Do not leave me childless, though You are the Best of Successors.”
Prophet Zakaria (AS) did this dua. After he made this dua, Allah SWT blessed him with his son Yahya (AS), who was also a prophet.
Whether you’re an unmarried person or a married person without any kids, you can make this dua.
3. Surah Qasas, Verse 24
رَبِّ إِنِّى لِمَآ أَنزَلْتَ إِلَىَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍۢ فَقِيرٌۭ
“My Lord! I am truly in ˹desperate˺ need of whatever provision You may have in store for me.”
Prophet Musa (AS) made this dua when he was going through difficult times. This dua primarily expresses that you’re only dependent on Allah and his mercy. After he made this dua, he was married to the daughter of Prophet Shua’yb (AS)
As marriage is one of the blessings, while making this dua, make the intention of marriage while asking for the provision.
I personally made this dua countless times before getting married, and I think this might have been one of my accepted prayers during that time.
Wazifa for Getting Married
1. Making Frequent Istighfar
According to Surah Nuh, verses 10-12, Istighfar is the key to getting righteous kids, wealth, crops, and most importantly the forgiveness of Allah SWT. And scholars said that istigfar has to do with rizq, and marriage is one of the parts of rizq. Therefore, for those who want to get married soon, should consistently make Istighfar.
After fajr and after maghrib, make a routine for yourself to make Istighfar 100 times at least.
You can only recite, ‘Astaghfirullah’ or ‘Astaghfirullah wa atubu ilaih’, as much as you want.
2. Other Surah
Here are some of the best Surahs (chapters) from the Quran that are recommended when making a marriage proposal:

Also, Scholars of different schools also recommended reciting Surah Yasin 5 times, Taha, and Qasas as much as you can to get married soon. However, these recommendations aren’t based on any hadith, rather it’s the experience of righteous scholars. You can act on these as well. But don’t consider such Wazifa as sunnah.
People usually go after Surah recitation and don’t give much importance to sincere dua. But, it’s even more important.
Dua should be made with proper feelings and emotions.
Express Allah SWT that he made you weak. And only He can complete you with his mercy by providing you with a righteous spouse.
Show your weakness, and take advantage of it while making dua. Allah loves those who present themselves as weak in front of him. It’s one of the reasons for Dua being accepted quickly.
Make dua after adhan, after obligatory prayers, and during tahajjud.
Don’t forget to make dua when it rains, and at other times that are mentioned in Hadith.
